I have always been interested in Japanese architecture and over time come up with concept design that emphasizes on living in balance between Simpleness, Utility and Nature in unison.
To us, “HOME” is a place for family to live, enjoy family time, and share their living experience together.
Our design concept enables our residents to interact and enjoy their time together easier. Each area of the villa, whether living room, garden, or swimming pool, is creatively designed not to be separated too much from each other’s, which will promote “Quality time” for residents as much as possible.
In my work philosophy, I am dete mined to give our customers the best of our design as I possibly can. There is no “deadline” as an architect. I release my design only when the product has been refined to perfection.
Project lead by pool villa management team of 12 years experience. The project is designed following the Modern Japanese concept in the form of an onsen villa. It is a spacious pool villa with 5-6 bedrooms, accommodating groups of 10-30 guests. We have conducted a market analysis over the past 5 years, indicating that this pool villa size is in demand and insufficient to meet the current market needs for vacation villa rentals.
Under the WABI SABI concept design, we select construction materials as close to natural raw materials as possible. This means natural color wood, stone, and bare concrete that tastefully blend with light and shadow to express tranquility and softness. This makes the building feel safe, cozy, and simple, as found in Japanese-style houses.
WABI SABI Lake Residence builds on the proven success of our first development, WABI SABI Onsen Villa, which sold out within two years. For this new chapter, we bring our Modern Japanese architecture to a rare and private setting.
